Cancellations

- All requests for order cancellations must be submitted prior to the initiation of the shipping process to qualify for a refund of the remitted sum.
- Refunds will not be granted subsequent to the commencement of product processing for shipment.
- Cancellation of order shall be made through mail with Subject:” Cancellation Request” and sent to contact@alfieandclaire.com

- Cancellation shall be effectuated subsequent to the receipt of a formal order cancellation request submitted to contact@alfieandclaire.com or by contacting customer service, and upon the provision of an acknowledgment for the same.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original account from which it was debited within a period of 7 to 15 working days.
- ‘Alfie and Claire’ is not responsible for the delay in refund for reasons beyond its control.
- In case of Cancellation, bank transaction charges will be applicable and paid by the customer.
Refund policy
Refund shall be made under following conditions only:

- Order was cancelled.
- Order was not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient)
- In the event of any complaint pertaining to the quality of the delivered product, an investigation will be conducted. Substantiated grievances shall warrant either a complete reimbursement to the customer or the replacement of the product, as deemed appropriate.
- A request for a refund may only be submitted in the event of a service failure. Our team will assess the eligibility of an order for a refund, and the conclusive decision of our management shall be binding.
- Under no circumstances shall the refunded amount exceed the sum initially paid by the customer.
- ‘Alfie and Claire’ disclaims any responsibility for losses or claims exceeding the actual amount paid by the customer.
- Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund.
- Any extra amount credited to ‘Alfie and Claire’s’ account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.
- In all matters concerning Cancellation and Refund ‘Alfie and Claire’ shall have the deciding hand.
- ‘Alfie and Claire’ reserves the right to modify its Cancellation and Refund Policy periodically.
- In the event of substantial alterations to the manner in which we may utilise your personal information, notification shall be conveyed through email or an announcement on the website.

Return policy

- Alfie and Claire may offer a product line that adheres to a cold chain shipping process, ensuring temperature control from production to delivery. However, once the product departs from ‘Alfie and Claire’s’ supply chain, the integrity of the product cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, ‘Alfie and Claire’ acknowledges that returns will be accepted and assessed within predefined parameters and for specific products exclusively.
- The ultimate determination in this regard resides with ‘Alfie and Claire.’
- Any returns due to default of the company of damaged product or bad product quality will be taken into consideration.
- However ‘Alfie and Claire’ will enquire into this and take necessary action against it.
- Return should reach us 10 days from the date of Purchase.
- Shipping cost for returned product shall be borne by the customer.
